Cancellation fee before September 1, 2018 is $50. September 2, 2018 – January 2, 2019 cancellation fee is $100. There will be NO REFUNDS after January 3, 2019. We highly recommend travel insurance for your trip.
Passengers receiving special rates based on residency or age will be required to show a government-issued form of identification (passport, or birth certificate and driver’s license) at the pier to validate state of residency or age prior to boarding the cruise ship. Fuel surcharges and government tax increases are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the passenger. These surcharges may be added to your reservation at any time. Minors under 18 must travel with the consent of both parents. For travel with one parent, one of the following is required: a notarized letter of consent from the absent parent, a copy of the sole custody document, or the death certificate of the deceased parent. For travel without legal parents, a notarized letter of consent signed by both parents and proper proof of minors citizenship are required. Customers who are denied entry due to improper documentation will not be refunded.
